A Little Giveaway...

The last day in Aug. just happens to be our anniversary. This year we will be celebrating 28 wonderful years! Time sure has flown by quickly. So in honor of this joyous occasion, and also in honor of the coming of my favorite season~FALL, I thought I would do a giveaway.

The lucky winner will be receiving a "pumpkin candle mat", six little "sheep ornies" and a fall scented "primitive room freshener". All items are handmade by me with lots and lots of love! Sorry, the bowl is not included.

SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS! I'd LOVE to have some new members join my blog!! To enter, be an existing follower or a new follower of my blog and leave a comment telling me what your favorite part of fall is. Maybe it's the crunch of the leaves under your feet, the wonderful smells, or the memories it evokes from your childhood. Whatever it may be, I would love to hear all about it.

A chance for a second entry...If you have a blog, please post my blog on it telling your friends all about my "Giveaway". Be sure to leave me a link back to your post and I will add you in for a second chance at winning.

The contest will end on midnight Sept. 11th., which happens to be our youngest son's 23rd birthday. Good luck everyone!

Blessings,
Julie

  3. Hi Julie, I am loving all the photos of your projects. Fall is my favorite time of year. My favorite thing about fall is picking and preparing apples. Every year for as long as I can remember we peel and core apples on an antique apple peeler that has been passed down through my dad's family. It was actually made in 1863 in New Brunswick. Every year we replace the razor blade and oil the crank and we are off and running.

  4. My favorite part of fall is the bright red, yellow and orange leaves, and the first wood fires when it starts getting cold and of coarse all the fall decorations.

  6. Aunt Julie!
First of all, LOVE your blog! Can't wait until "someday house" becomes just "your home" and you can show everyone pictures of the home.
Fall is definitely my favorite season. I LOVE EVERYTHING about it. I love the scent of crunching leaves, baked pumpkin goodies, pumpkin spice candles, the sound and sight of geese flying overhead, the beautiful leaves changing color, the cold weather which means warm fires and home-cooked stews, and knowing that some down time is finally here due to no more lawn moving, gardening, processing, etc. I truly LOVE fall!
    Love,

  7. I love the color of the bright leaves on a sunny day. The warm days and cool nights make it nice for doing work outside during the day and being able to sleep comfortably at night. I might be crazy but I also enjoy looking at the potato fields and seeing the activity of the workers getting the potatoes harvested. It takes many hard dedicated people to do this and Aroostook County has many of those. I once did it as a student and enjoyed it. The long hours and hard work built character into many of us.

  9. Hi Julie....Please enter me in your wonderful give-away. I would love each of the things that you offer! Let's see.....I think my favorite thing about fall is apples. Whether is is apple pie, apple crisp or apple sauce I am usually elbow deep in apples. I give our married children lots of homemade apple goodies. But I must admit the colors of fall do touch my heart. Fall is a wonderful time of year, for sure. I am a member of your blog and I must say that I really enjoy it. Thank you, Julie!

  10. The best thing about fall is the smells when you go outside first thing in the mornings. Getting ready for winter wether it is harvesting potatoes or cutting wood. Hanging clothes the garden pumkins and apples. That is what I love about fall.
