Put a glob of wool into a coo...REAL EASY, Michelle. Put a glob of wool into a cookie cutter and poke away! You need a felting needle and a small piece of blue board insulation as your backer. Just lay the cookie cutter full of wool on the blue board and poke. The wool will slowly form to the design of your cookie cutter.
